Transportation is applicable based on the location.
Mentioned rates are not applicable on 15th August, 7th September Ganesh Chaturthi, Dussehra, 14th November children's day, 26th Jan, 25th December, 30th December, 31st December and 1st Jan. Extra charges are applicable on these dates.
Photos are for reference purpose, Same artist/service will be provided based on the availability.
Table and Chair needs to be arranged for the artist to place the items
A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion, and PartyOne is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.

PartyOne team will not clean the party place after completion of the service.

Please ensure rental items are returned in their original condition, as clients are responsible for any missing or damaged items incurred during use, and it is chargeable based on the item damaged or missed.

Kindly ensure that the balance payment is settled after completion of the service, as PartyOne team will not wait until the party start and end. Your prompt payment is appreciated and helps us ensure a seamless experience for your event.

We regret to inform you that NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and PDC (Post dated Cheques) cannot be accepted as payment on the day of the event. Only immediate payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and others are accepted for same-day transactions.

Customers must ensure all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance, PartyOne team is not responsible for any royalty fee/venue fee from the venue, and it has to be paid by the customer.

Apart from mentioned inclusions, if customer wants anything extra it will be additional charges

PartyOne will not have any responsibility for delays in service delivery caused by natural calamities like rain, heavy wind etc. however, we try our best to deliver the service in time.

PartyOne team will collect all the rental items within 48 hrs after completion of the event based on the team availability.

If customers select any customized decoration from Google, Pinterest or any other sources we will fulfill with an accuracy of 70%-80% based on the material availability.

If any issues occur during the service slot, customers are encouraged to report them immediately within the same time slot. This enables us to promptly track and resolve the issue.

We use only fresh sugar to make cotton candy and eco-friendly wooden sticks to serve it to kids. The cotton candy will melt in your mouth and satisfy the sweet tooth of kids. I had booked the popcorn machine for an event at a preschool, the vendor was supposed to come at 4 pm on saturday Dec 16th , but he came only at 6 pm , as a result it was a very bad sjow as small kids were around and parents had a lot of expectations. Moreover the party one phone was switched off. the vendor refused to leave the center withoutgetting the payment.But i refused to pay due to the delay, Also the vendor spoke to me and said to settle the deal between urselves and not to take it up with party one as his reputation will be spoilt. He has also lied about reaching the center at 5:10 pm , when he has actually reached only at 6 pm when the party was over. Highly disappointed with the experience and will not recommend party one to anyone , its a waste of time and money.Do not trust them, as they take the side of the vendor.
