I had booked the popcorn machine for an event at a preschool, the vendor was supposed to come at 4 pm on saturday Dec 16th , but he came only at 6 pm , as a result it was a very bad sjow as small kids were around and parents had a lot of expectations. Moreover the party one phone was switched off. the vendor refused to leave the center withoutgetting the payment.But i refused to pay due to the delay, Also the vendor spoke to me and said to settle the deal between urselves and not to take it up with party one as his reputation will be spoilt. He has also lied about reaching the center at 5:10 pm , when he has actually reached only at 6 pm when the party was over. Highly disappointed with the experience and will not recommend party one to anyone , its a waste of time and money.Do not trust them, as they take the side of the vendor.
