Things to Remember
  • Except balloons and fresh flowers, all the items in the inclusions are on rental purpose and PartyOne team will collect within 48 hours after the event.
  • A consistent power supply is essential for timely service completion, and PartyOne is not responsible for delays caused by power interruptions.
  • Customer need to provide a stool or a ladder to complete the decoration in time if needed.
  • PartyOne team will not clean the party place after completion of the decoration.
  • Please ensure rental items are returned in their original condition, as clients are responsible for any missing or damaged items incurred during use, and it is chargeable based on the item damaged or missed.
  • Kindly ensure that the balance payment is settled after completion of the decoration, as PartyOne team will not wait until the party start and end. Your prompt payment is appreciated and helps us ensure a seamless experience for your event.
  • We regret to inform you that NEFT, RTGS, Cheques, and PDC (Post dated Cheques) cannot be accepted as payment on the day of the event. Only immediate payment modes such as Cash, IMPS, UPI, and others are accepted for same-day transactions.
  • Customers must ensure all necessary permissions from the venue management in advance, PartyOne team is not responsible for any royalty fee/venue fee from the venue, and it has to be paid by the customer.
  • PartyOne provides a commitment to accuracy ranging from 80% to 90% in decorations featured on the website, taking into account factors such as lighting, venue specifications, sizes, timing, and overall ambiance.
  • Apart from mentioned inclusions, if customer wants anything extra it will be additional charges
  • Transportation is applicable based on the party location and decoration.
  • PartyOne will not have any responsibility for delays in service delivery caused by natural calamities like rain, heavy wind etc. however, we try our best to deliver the service in time.
  • PartyOne team will collect all the rental items within 48 hrs after completion of the event based on the team availability.
  • If customers select any customized decoration from Google, Pinterest or any other sources we will fulfill with an accuracy of 70%-80% based on the material availability.
  • If any issues occur during the service slot, customers are encouraged to report them immediately within the same time slot. This enables us to promptly track and resolve the issue.
