This means PartyOne.in guarantees that the vendors will do a good job.These vendors are highly reliable and experienced and are part of PartyOne.in for quite some time. It also means that these Vendors were gauged systematically for period of time wrt to their quality of deliverables, performance and timeliness. So after we are absolutely sure that the Vendors are completely dependable, we certify them.

Quality of Service
The customers whoever have booked are satisfied or very satisfied with the service and also that the service was provided to several customers through PartyOne.in.
Easy Booking
Pay online and book for an event with just a few clicks, rest we take care. Just to be on the safer side, please make sure you do the booking at least 2 days before the event.
Service Guarantee
After the booking is done, PartyOne.in will coordinate with the vendor for the smooth execution of the event. In case of issues with the chosen vendor, PartyOne.in will try to provide an alternate vendor with similar ratings at the same price.
In case of unforeseen events, PartyOne.in will refund the booking amount within 2-3 working days.
Cancellation
We hate goodbyes, but hoping to see you back soon!
While we try our maximum best that everything goes well but if in any case there is a cancellation required :
Customer Cancellations
Customer can cancel the booking at any time, 24 hours before the event. PartyOne.in will refund the FULL booking amount. No questions asked. You just need to call our customer Care and request cancellation or go through the cancellation link provided in the confirmation mail.
If the customer has to cancel the service in the last 24 hours, customer forfeits the booking amount as the cancellation charge.
Vendor / PartyOne.in Cancellations
In case of cancellation from Vendor/PartyOne.in, 24 hours before the event and if we are not able to arrange an alternate Artist, the full booking amount will be refunded to the customer.
On the other hand If the Vendor forces the cancel within 24 hours and if we are unable to arrange an alternate artist, we will refund the DOUBLE the booking amount to the customer. i.e. if ₹1000 was paid as booking amount, PartyOne.in will refund ₹2000.
